Elemental Coloration Lipstick in Merlot

Ingredients: Ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, theobroma cacao (cocoa) butter, candelilla cera (plant wax), saccharum officinarum (sugar), limnanthes alba (meadowfoam) seed oil, sambucus nigra (elderberry) fruit extract ± mica, ironoxides, tin oxide, titanium dioxide

Store in a cool, dry place—the oils, waxes and butters that make lipsticks creamy and moisturising also make them sensitive to temperature changes. Lipsticks, like chocolate, will melt if they're left in a car on a hot, sunny day. As well, rapid heating and cooling can lead to wax bloom on lipsticks, a harmless white film much like the fat bloom that appears on chocolate when oil creates re-crystallization of cocoa butter triglycerides. Wax bloom can be removed gently with a cotton swab or tissue.
