Everything we offer is artisan crafted fresh to order, so please allow up to five business days for us to prepare your order.

We will do our best to accommodate changes and additions prior to shipping. Should you wish to change or cancel your order before it has shipped, please e-mail us at contact@cosmictree.ca. Please include your full name, order number, telephone number and e-mail address.

We ship within Canada, to the United States, and internationally to destinations served by Canada Post.

All orders ship with tracking and insurance. Enjoy free shipping when you spend $75 or more on orders to Canada or $100 or more on orders to the contiguous U.S.

For all other orders, once you fill in your address at check out, you'll see postage options and calculated postage rates based on package weight.

If we encounter any delays fulfilling your order, or if the calculated postage rate varies significantly from the actual cost of shipping and we need to update postage quotations based on your available delivery options, we will contact you using the email address or telephone number provided.

For U.S. and other international orders, please bear in mind that you'll be responsible for any duties and taxes assessed by your government.

We encourage you to check out our trial sizes and samples before ordering full size products. They're a great way to try something new, and to find your favourite shades.

Returns are limited, for reasons of hygiene, to unopened, incorrect or damaged merchandise. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your product must be in the same condition you received it, unopened and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@cosmictree.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@cosmictree.ca.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please keep in mind shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Yes! We include samples with every order, usually samples of whatever else we've blended the day the order ships. The more you spend, the more you get!

If there are products or shades you would especially enjoy sampling, send us a message to let us know. If we can include them among your complimentary samples without delaying your orders we will. The fastest way to ensure you get the particular sample you want, though, is to order it.
