Wonderful for clearing away impurities, residue and excess oil, minimizing the appearance of pores and replenishing moisture, this pH balanced toner is also perfect for setting our mineral foundations.
The Refining Toner is particularly useful in late spring and early summer for supporting skin through the transition to warmer weather and higher humidity, both of which can trigger more perspiration and oil production and lead to breakouts.
